I am a dedicated IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and application development. Currently serving as an IT Manager at National Express, I have successfully implemented strategic IT initiatives and cybersecurity measures to enhance operational efficiency. My previous roles, including Application Specialist at Arab Bank and Ticketing Officer at Al-Rubban for Travel and Tourism, have honed my project management and problem-solving skills. I am proficient in IBM AS400 development and SQL DB2, and I hold a Microsoft certification in Web Application development.
